“Tokyo hula fiesta in Ikebukuro” of large popularity, and will hold it on a grand scale every year. “Tokyo hula fiesta in Ikebukuro” serves as holding for three days at the all the 5 halls! The performer is about 3700 persons 140-team all members.

Tsuchiura (土浦市) is a city located in Ibaraki Prefecture, Japan. 
It is situated along the western shores of Lake Kasumigaura, the second largest lake in Japan. The Tokyo metropolis lies about 60 km to the south, and Tsukuba science city borders Tsuchiura to the west. It is a sister city to Palo Alto, California.

For more than 300 years, the townfolk of Chichibu, in the mountains of Saitama, have celebrated Kawase Matsuri. Inspired by the famous festival of Kyoto, it is also known as Chichibu's O-Gion. In fact, in the precincts of Chichibu Shrine is a small Yasaka Shrine associated with the main one in Kyoto, and the kami of both shrines are honored at this festival. 
Rites include an evening children's parade, a midnight drawing of sacred water from the river, and the next-day procession of magnificent floats bedecked with umbrellas of paper flowers.   (*reference: JNTO)

Mikoshi (a portable shrine) on goza-bune, brightly illuminated sacred boat is towed by three boats to the large red-painted torii gate standing in the sea and then towed away across the channel to Jigozen Shrine on the mainland, while court music is played on the boat. 
Then the mikoshi sails for two other shrines in Miyajima, and eventually returns to Itsukushima Shrine through the torii gate at around midnight.   (*reference: Japan Times)
